The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ Consumers will be able to submit their complaints through the online dispute resolution platform. This new platform from the European Commission offers online sellers and buyers an alternative to mediate in their possible conflicts generated by online sales. With this new European complaints system, the aim is to open a way for citizens to contact institutions in the field of e-commerce. To access the new platform, it is made available to users of the European Community, where consumers can raise their problems, as if it were a national dispute resolution body.
